Overview
Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium is the only combined zoo and aquarium in the Pacific Northwest, located in Tacoma, Washington. Situated on 29 acres in Tacoma's Point Defiance Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. It's a lovely location for field trips and fun educational visits

Application
After creating the logo we were asked to imagine how we'd see the logo being used in other instances. I chose to imagine it maybe living on signage for a gift shop and on shirts sold inside the shop. The icon makes a fun graphic and a great memento of your day at Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.
